Maria Roselli is an investigative television journalist, book writer and documentary filmmaker.

She started her carrier back in the nineties as a freelancer working for several prestigious Swiss print media, amongst them the magazine of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.

For over a decade she covered development issues of global concern. Her work as a documentary filmmaker has brought her around the world – always attentive to show ordinary peoples’ concerns behind the big stories. Since 2010 she works mainly for the in-depth programme “Falò” of Swiss public television RSI LA1 (wwwrsi.ch/falo). She is based in Zurich.
